Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident booking your reading. This policy explains what your fee covers and when a refund applies. If anything is unclear, simply email contact@taramani.co — we're happy to help.
What Your Reading Fee Covers
The reading fee of $150 covers two things: the careful, in-depth preparation of your astrological birth chart, and your live consultation session with our astrologer. Preparation of your chart begins once your payment is received.
Cancellations & Refunds — Readings
- Before chart preparation begins: If you cancel within 24 hours of payment and before our astrologer has begun preparing your chart, you are entitled to a full refund.
- After chart preparation has begun: Because real astrological work has already been carried out, the fee becomes non-refundable. Where preparation has only partially started, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion.
- Missed sessions: If you miss a scheduled live session without notice, the fee is not refundable, but we will do our best to reschedule once as a courtesy.
- Rescheduling: You may reschedule your live session free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice.
- If we cannot deliver: If we are unable to provide your reading for any reason on our side, you will receive a full refund.
Bespoke Gemstones & Jewelry
Any gemstone or jewelry commissioned after your reading is made to order for your specific birth chart. Once materials have been sourced or crafting has begun, these bespoke pieces are non-refundable. Items that arrive damaged or not as described will, of course, be repaired or replaced — please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
How to Request a Refund
Email contact@taramani.co with your name and the email used at booking. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. Bank-transfer refunds may take a little longer depending on your bank.
A Note on Guidance
Astrological readings are a guidance and wellbeing service. While we bring the utmost care and classical rigor to every chart, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, and refunds are not offered on the basis of the interpretation or advice given.
